This morning was a bit of a different story, the snow made it difficult for Aaron to get to work, much like last week, so he/his Dad decided he should work from home again today. The snow also made it impossible for me to push a buggy to Pre-School so Aaron, thankfully, braved the roads to get the kids there. It was a bit icy and frightening but we got there okay and the kids had a wonderful time. Liam's room (age 1-3 years) had some snow bought inside for them to play with while Amy's room (age 3+ years) went out into the Pre-School garden and built a snowman.
A Snowy Weekend
We had some reasonably heavy snowfall over Friday and the weekend and the result was lots of snow and massive smiles on the faces of our children. Amy and Liam were fascinated and very excited about the snow and they, and us, had a brilliant time playing in it over the weekend. We built a little snowman together and generally had a lot of fun in the garden playing. It was nice warming up again inside with a snack, a drink and a movie too.
