#31DayMarch - Best Childhood Memory

I have an awful lot of brilliant childhood memories, it's so hard to pick just one! There is everything from holidays by the sea-side, day-trips and picnics at the park to camping by the river, playing tennis over the field with my Brother until it got dark and my Dad almost running over a Lion in a Safari Park stored away up there. We had a fantastic time together as family and I had a truly wonderful childhood filled with fantastic memories.

My favourite childhood memory is one that helps me to remember my Grampy who passed away in 2009, just before we found out we were pregnant with Amy. My Brother and I used to race up and down his and my Granny's garden whilst he tended to his seedlings in the greenhouse, watered his vegetables and weeded his flower beds. I miss him very much and it's lovely remembering him before he became so ill.

  1. That garden looks so beautiful! He must have been very proud of it!
